Empty Used/Damaged Tin Boxes. Bidding shall be on per NUMBER basis., Empty Used/Damaged Tin Boxes, Qty-5000 Nos. (Approx.)

Note: - 1. Bidding shall be done on PER NUMBER basis
2. Material is being sold on as is where is basis, as is what is basis and no complaint basis.
3. Pick and choose of the material shall not be allowed at the time of lifting. Lifting of the material shall be as per instruction of seller.
4. Interest free refundable security deposit @10% of Material Value shall be collected from the buyer and same shall be refunded to the buyer only after successful completion of the work and NOC from seller.

Note:-
1. Tin Boxes are not included in this lot.
2. Successful Buyer shall take the material out of boxes and shred the papers inside the premise of BSSC before lifting of material.
3. Items shall be allowed to be lifted purely based on the weight basis. Cost of the weighing shall be borne by the buyer. Weighting shall be done on the weight bridge indicated by BSSC officials.
4. Full Payment shall be done in 2 equal installments.
5. Pre-Bid EMD of Rs.100000/- shall be converted into Interest free refundable security deposit and same shall be refunded to the buyer only after successful completion of the work and NOC from seller.
5. Successful buyer shall submit an undertaking (in the prescribed format) on a non-judicial stamp of Rs. 1000/- prior to commencement of work., (Qty: 30 MT)
