While dismantling and lifting the material, no damage should be caused to the office premises. The lot is to be lifted on As Is Where is and No Complaint basis, with the work to be completed up to a clean sweep condition.

Note : Inspection will be on working days between 10 AM to 05 PM, (Qty: 1 LOT) Furniture, Electrical & Misc. Scrap Items, As Per Lot Annexure & Description, Furniture, Electrical & other miscellaneous Scrap Items As Per Lot Annexure along with any incidental or comparable miscellaneous items at site not specifically listed but forming part of the lot, on as is where is, whatever is, no complaint and clean sweep basis
