Drained Oil/Waste Oil, Disposal of Hazardous Oil Drained Oil/Waste Oil available at NSC Location VPA on ANNUAL RATE CONTRACT.

i.The bids accepted shall be valid for a period of Two years for lifting of the Material as and when intimation is sent by VPA, Over the period of 2 Years and bid rate will be firm for two Years.
ii.During the validity of Two years Rate Contract, the Firm has to lift the accumulated quantity on issue of a Sale Order by M/S.MSTC and deposit the cost of materials for delivery of the material by VPA.
iii.The quantity put up in E-Auction is approximate and may vary + or -25%
iv.After successfully completion of Rate Contract the Security Deposit amount(10%) will be refunded to the Firm.
v.The Bidder have to deposit the Pre Bid Deposit amount of Rs.50, 000/- for participation in the E-Auction.
iv.The Successful bidder should comply the EMD, SHEQ Policies of VPA.
