Special Terms
1. The person concerned, to whom the order would be issued, should tear the paper into four parts in front of officials of this officebefore taking it into custody. All necessary arrangements in this regardwould be made by the person concerned, and no additional paymentwould be made in this regard.

2. The concerned person would bring the sacks (bori), labour, string/rope (sutli) etc. along with him while taking the old records.

3. It is the responsibility of the person concerned to take all therecords earmarked in total, he will not refuse such papers stating that itis waste.

4.The inspection and taking of old records would be done duringoffice hours i.e. 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM, (Qty: 1800 KG)
