Area 100 Sq.M
GST-18% on RCM basis and TCS -1% before lifting with GST challan submission to NRSC prior lifting otherwise no work allowed.

Bidders invariably should sent prior intimation to Disposal Cell, Central Stores, NRSC, Balanagar for inspection of building through mail disposal@nrsc.gov.in else entry pass will not be issued for inspection of lots without prior intimation.
Only Bharatkosh payment will be accepted in favour of NRSC; payment received other than Bharatkosh -no acknowledgement will be given and will not be refunded to bidders.
