Delivery Period: 5 months from date of issue of Delivery Order by MSTC

Scope of Work :
1) Demolition of the quarters to the ground level
2) Segregation of the demolished materials as per the type of material
3) Lifting of both serviceable and unserviceable materials including debris
4) Complete cleaning of the site area
5) Compliance of the relevant statutory rules
6) Various types/categories of condemned quarters to be demolished may have different scrape/asset codes therefore separate delivery challan & its invoices shall have to be generated.
