1. GAS CUTTING IS PERMITTED WITH BUYER CONSUMABLES.
2. USAGE OF SUITABLE MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT OF BUYER IS PERMITTED TO LIFT THE VEHICLE FROM EXISTING LOCATION.
3. ANY DAMAGES TO SURROUNDING, COST OF THE DAMAGE, IS TO BE BORNE BY THE BUYER AS DECIDED BY BEML AUTHORITIES.
4.DISMANTLING IS ALLOWED WITH BUYER TOOLINGS AND CONSUMABLES.5. UNDER ANY CIRCUMTANCES VEHICLE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE OUT OF THE FACTORY PREMISES IN RUNNING CONDITION, VEHICLE NEED TO BE DISMANTELED FULLY, BEFORE TAKING OUT OF FACTORY PREMISES.
