Payment Schedule : Advance weekly payment : For the scheduled quantity to be lifted in next week, due amount shall be paid in advance at the successful rate received in e-auction. The Payment and delivery schedule of each lot is enclosed herewith.

Delivery Period : During monsoon period from 15.06.2026 delivery of CMR may be allowed to successful bidder as per bidders request. Decision regarding delivery of CMR during monsoon period (15.06.2026 to 30.09.2026) will be taken by Chief Engineer of Thermal Power Station considering local conditions like rain, road conditions & CMR availability.
