All auction payment(except MSTC service charges) will be deposited in form of DD favouring: Assistant Director Directorate of Census Operations MP, Bhopal.

As per Notification No.36/17 Central Tax(Rate)13-10-17 &Notification No.37/17 Integrated Tax(Rate)13-10-2017, Seller being Govt.Unit, so GST&Cess on Goods will be deposited by Buyer under RCM. Seller has to collect the true copy of GST Certificate from the buyer before delivery of Goods to them. Buyer shall submit a copy of challan duly stamped &signed by the designated authority towards the proof of deposit of GST.
