Remarks : DGFT Import policy conditions as provided by ICD Mihan Customs. As per ITC HS Import Policy, Import is free subject to Compulsory registration under Coal Import Monitoring System (CIMS) and policy condition 7 of Chapter -27.( As amended from time to time.) CIMS will be effective from 01/04/2021 and online registration will be available from 15-02- 2021.Refer DGFT Notification no.41/2015-2020 Dt. 07/11/2022, DGFT Notification no.56/2015-20 Dtd-28-01-2021 & 49/2015-2020 dtd.22-12-2020.The successful bidder has to ensure that the CIMS registration is compulsorily obtained and submitted to ICD Mihan Customs before taking clearance of the said goods.
