Refabrication of in situ Glued insulated Rail Joints/cast-in-situ Glued insulated R ail joints in 90R/52KG/60KG rails as per RDSO latest drawing No.TT1278/T671, T2572d and conforming to the manual for Glued Insulated Rail Joint 1998 and Technical Speciï¬cation of January 2020 issued by the ministry of Railways RDSO/Lucknow and as per para 806 chapter VIII 6 of IRPWM including supply of all ï¬ttings and accessories such as given below (A) 1 m Long ï¬sh plates (B) H.T.S. bolts and nuts (C ) Plain steel washers (D) Insulated bushes (E) Insulating liners (F) 6.6 mm thick end post (G) Araldite (H) Hardener (I) Glass Cloth carrier and all the materials jig ï¬xtures for cleaning and fabrication of glued joints shall be of RDSO approved sources duly accompanied by requisite ICs.The rate shall ininclude cost of all material required to complete manufacturing of the in situ Glued joints, tools, plants, labour, transportation of material to and from situ carrying all released material to and from site carrying all released material to SSE PWAY's Godown/any other place as decided by the site engineer in charge or their authorised representative at site.No extra payment shall be made other than the rate indicated in the respective column.(Note: Work shall have to be carried out within or without block and all safety measures shall be taken during execution of work at site.Rate remains same for work carried under block or without traffic block).
