Sweeping, cleaning, swabbing & maintenance (House Keeping) of subordinate rest houses. The work involves providing habitable conditions to the Rest house, cleaning of inside, outside of rest house, kitchen, lounges, verandah, store, dinning hall, or any other rooms or structure attached to rest house, keeping cleanliness of walls of rooms, ceiling, doors, windows, ventilators glasses upto all heights, sun sheds etc., dusting of all furniture, doors, windows, ï¬‚oor/wall tiles and any other articles in the rest houses complete in all respect. The rate includes cost of all labour, materials for washing, cleaning, dusting as mentioned above, all tools & plants like phool jharu, phenyl, bleaching powder, naphthalene, plastic brush, steel brush, odonil, harpic, mosquito repellant, hit black spray, bath soap, collin and any other materials required as per site condition & disposing oï¬€ the rubbish out side of rest house complex as nominated by XEN/MLG with full satisfaction of the Engineer in charge or his authorized representative.
