Supply and Maintenance of Indoor well developed ornamental potted plants, average height 1' to 5' on hire basis in G.M. office complex Gorakhpur. 1. The AMC is for supply and maintenance of 2, 000 Nos. potted plants/gamlas in G.M. office complex Gorakhpur and to keep them in good condition for a period of 12 months. 2. All the potted plants/gamla are to be supplied, maintained and replaced by contractor and shall not be removed from the buildings without permission of site engineer concern. 3. Any failure or neglect in the execution of the work as per terms and condition mentioned above shall entail cancellation of contract by the competent authority without any prior notice to the contractor. 4. Payment will be made on quarterly basis. 2, 000 Nos. X 12 months = 24, 000 Nos.
