BOQ Item Description: Supply and fixing of MS ARM/SHOULDER WHEEL - DOUBLE conforming to BIS specification of capacity of maximum user weight 100kg made up of MS pipes (Medium duty) consisting of 80 mm Dia nominal bore MS pipe for main central pipe and 42 mm nominal bore for Ring ( Wheel ), 32 mm nominal bore Pipe of Spokes of Wheel, 32 mm Nominal bore for Connector Pipe ( between Main Central Pipe and Wheel ). The entire structure shall be fixed with proper foundation pipes and neccasary anchoring made off 750mm deep and 80mm dia MS pipe supported with MS angle 25mm x 25mm x 4mm fitted with 10mm thick MS foundation plate and MS bolts and nuts and Tapered Roller Bearing mechanism .All the open ends of the pipes bearing bushes etc shall be covered with 2mm thick vinyl caps UV stabilised, Weather resistant.The supporting frame shall be finished with PU coating of 60 microns thickness where ever required as per the representative image and as decided by the Airport In-Charge or Authorised Representative. The warranty of minimum 1 year and shall confirm to the relevant standard specification/ISO certification.The seller shall furnish the test report of the materials to the buyer. The rate quoted shall be inclusive like supply, transportation, installation FOR AAI Residential colonies at Ulsoor and Baglur, Bangalore.
