Anti Crane Collision Switch of range 5 meters and with Two relay Outputs. First relay will operate between 3 and 5 meters for alarm, second rela y will operate between 1 and 3 meters for trip. 1. The switch shall work with a supply voltage of 110v AC or 220v AC. (user selectable.) 2. The switch shall hav e inbuilt infrared transmitter and receiver along other processing and power supply circuits. 3. The switch shall be provided with laser alignment tool for align ment of sensor and reflector. 4. The switch shall have potential free contacts of rating 5A at 220v for switching on alarm when the distance between the crane s working on the same bay is between 3 mts and 5 mts and for switching on the tripping circuit of the crane when the distance between the cranes working on the same bay is between 1 mts and 3 mts. 5. The switch shall be supplied with prismatic reflector for reflecting the infrared signal received from infrared tran smitter mounted on the crane working in the same bay. 6. The switch shall be supplied with 2 nos. Of mounting clamps and fastners for mounting the switch and 1 no. Of mounting clamp and fastners for mounting of reflector. 7. The switch shall be mounted in metal casing and the dimensions shall be approximatel y 180mm x 12mm x 60mm. 8. The supplier shall offer a warranty of 12 months from the date of supply for the Switches. ]
