BOQ Item Description: Annual Maintenance of departure and arrival conveyor system by providing quarterly inspection, checking, repair, maintenance, tracking, alignment, replacement of unserviceable components, greasing, oiling, topping up of gear oil in gear reducer, rolling shutters, cleaning and all other associated maintenance job as per maintenance schedule and recommendation of OEM on following slat/ slider belt/ feeder/ gravity roller conveyor and power/control panels to keep the conveyor system under serviceable condition including attending any numbers of breakdown as and when required.
(i) Endless arrival slat conveyor(1 no. 30 mtr loop length and another 1 no. 34 mtr. Loop length) with feeder conveyor -2 Nos along with their power cum control panels (Only for Arrival for 1st year and 2nd year onwards for all item.)
(ii) Departure slider bed conveyor ( 18 mtr + 7.7 mtr + 16.44 mtr + 10 mtr. ) - 1 Each along with their power cum control panels.
(iii) Gravity roller conveyor - 1 No.
(iv) Departure weighing conveyor - 12 Nos. along with their power cum control panels.
(v) Departure dispatch conveyor - 12 Nos. along with their power cum control panels.
