Part-A Annual Maintenance Contract for supply of spare parts as and when required for maintenance & repairs of "ASHOK LEYLAND" Make Engine mounted on Utility Track Vehicles (UTV) Track Machines working on N.E. Railway during contract period as per attached Annexure "A". Part-B (1)Deputation of technically qualified and experienced Service Engineer by the firm for carrying out servicing, periodical maintenance, repairing and attending breakdowns of "ASHOK LEYLAND" Make Engine mounted on Utility Track Vehicles (UTV) Track Machines as and when called upon to do so by the Railway as per Annexure "B" in 01 Page.(2)Travel Charge Rate per Km for distance of every journey of Service Engineer on deputation performed, between PATNA to place of work and back as per Annexure "B" in 01 Page
