AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIAPune Airport, Pune - 411032 NOTICE INVITING E-TENDER GeM Tender Id: GEM/2025/B/6055440 Item Rate tenders are invited through the GeM portal by Airport Director, Airports Authority of India, Pune Airport, Pune - 411032 on behalf of Chairman, AAI from the eligible agencies for the work of “Annual maintenance contract for Pest Control at Pune Airport, Pune for a period of 12 (Twelve) months” at an estimated cost of Rs.13, 91, 796.00/- (Rupees Thirteen Lacs Ninety-One Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Six Only) (Including GST). The contract can be further extendable for a period of 12 (Twelve) months at the discretion of AAI and satisfactory performance of work by agency on same terms and Conditions of NIT. The tendering process is online at e-portal URL address www.gem.gov.in. Aspiring bidders may download and go through the tender document. Prospective bidders are advised to get themselves registered at GeM portal, obtain “Login ID” & “Password” and go through the instructions available in the home page after login to the Gem Portalwww.gem.gov.in. They should also obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) in parallel which is essentially required for submission of their tender.
