- This annual Maintenance Contract for the period of two Years from the date of issue of LOA, covers complete overhauling of 3 No's of ZF Gear Box of track machines of S.C. Railway for Dy. CE/TM/Lines/BZA only. Total value of AMC is limited to Rs.1, 26, 94, 824.00/- only. The tenderer shall not quote the total value not more than the advertised value of the AMC. Charges for the same shall be paid as agreed in the contract. Firm should ï¬ll the following annexures (which are attached to the tender document). These Annexures are to be uploaded duly signed along with stamp/seal of the ï¬rm. 1. Rate for complete overhauling of Gear Box Annexure-A 2. ZF Gear Box List of Spares(Annexure-B). Tenderer should thoroughly read the tender document, Terms and Conditions attached to the tender schedule. Warranty period is as per the terms and conditions attached to the tender document.
