Tender's Details

This Annual Maintenance contract covers for a period of Two year i.e., 2024-25 & 2025-26 for maint enance of Caterpillar make Engines powered to track machines. Total value of AMC is limited to Rs.1, 53, 14, 045. 00 only. The tenderer shall not quote the total value not more than the advertised value of the AMC. The Tenderer shall quote the rates for service Charges, Repair charges of Sub-Assemblies/Components charges in Annexure' s attached. Charges for the same shall be paid as agreed in the contract. Firm should fill the following annexures (which are attached to the tender document). These Annexures are to be uploaded duly signed along with stamp/ seal of the firm. 1. Service Engineer Charges-Annexure-A. 2. Repair charges of Sub-Assemblies/Components - Annexure-B.3. Bank Mandate Form - Annexure-C. 4. Bid Security Declaration Form. Tenderer should thoroughly read the tender document, Terms & condition, GCC & IRS Conditions of the contract attached to the tender sche dule. Warranty period is as per the terms and conditions attached to the tender document. The firm has to quote Rs.48, 16, 185.00 for first year 2024-25 (Inclusive of GST)-only and for second year is Rs.1, 04, 97, 860.00(Inclusiv e of GST)-only.
