Description Reserve Bank of India, Shimla (hereinafter referred to as “Bank”) invites e-Tender from eligible tenderers for providing “Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Facility Management Service (FMS) for Computer Hardware, Software and Peripherals at Reserve Bank of India, Shimla” (hereinafter the term ‘Shimla’ shall include ‘Reserve Bank of India, Regional Office, Shimla; RBI Holiday Home, Upper Kaithu, Tarahall and any other location as and when indicated by the bank in Shimla’ for the purpose of this tender), subject to the terms and conditions of this Tender. The contract will be valid for a period of one year from April 01, 2026 to March 31, 2027 and is extendable on a yearly basis for a maximum of two more years or other shorter periods, on mutual consent, subject to satisfactory performance/service rendered by the contractor.
