i) Monthly Check: a) Check engine oil level, air cleaner restriction, coolant level & add coolant if required. b) Drain sediments from fuel tank & clean pre-cleaner dust pan. c) Check safety controls, battery lead connections of engine battery, condition of hoses, belts, gravity of distilled water. d) Check performance of the engine or any abnormality. e) Checking of Alternator: Vibration, bearing heat, sound, checking of alternator diode, checking of terminations, checking of belts, checking of earth connections. f) Checking of control Panel: Checking of cleanliness of internal compartment, checking of power and contact terminations, checking of relays, contractors and ACBs, checking of earth connections. ii) Biannual Check (Frequency: 500 hours or 6 months, whichever is earlier or as per Manufacturer's recommendation): a) Change engine oil b) Replacement of biannual check kit comprising of fuel water separator/fuel filter, resistor corrosion and clement, lube oil filter, by pass filters, "0" rings, lubricating oil, coolant filters. c) Recording of oil pressure & adjustment of belts. iii) Annual Check (Frequency: 1000 hours or 1 year, whichever is earlier or as per Manufacturer-s recommendation): a) Checking and correction of minor leaks, if any. b) Replacement of air filters, rocker cover gaskets, addition of pre-mixed coolant, air cleaner elements (inner & outer), and provision of coolant for top up. c) Checking/setting of overhead/ tappet. d) Activities as per B- check schedule of OEM.
