Auction Detail: Special Terms & Conditions: 1. Contractor should quote the price including of GST. 2. Quantityof Waste paper is tentative and therefore quantity, in actual may turn out to be more or less than the estimated quantity. In the event of quantity turning out to be more than the estimated quantity the buyer has to lift the excess quantity available subject to a variation of 20% of the estimated quanitity upon making payment for the additional quanitity and clear the ground. In the event of quantity turning out to be less than the estimated quantity, the buyer shall not be entitled to claim any damages, loss of interest or compensation on this count. 3. No sorting will be allowed in Press Premises to the tenderer/contractor. 4. Before lifting the material the successful contractor has to deposit performance security amount @ 5% of totoal quoted amount (for 210 MT) in the form of Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque/FDR/Bank Guarantee of any Nationalised Bank/Scheduled Commercial Bank in favour of "Pay and Accounts Officer (Ptg.), Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, New Delhi" payable at New Delhi. It will be refunded after completion of contract period. 5. No claim shall lie against the Government either in respect of interest or any depreciation in values of any security amount. In case of bank deposit receipts the Government shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the receipt or on failure of such bank to honour the receipts. 6. The duration of the contract will be for financial year 2026-27 (till 31.03.2027). However, contract is liable to be cancelled at any time for unsatisfactory performance or dealy in lifting of the Waste paper. Under such circumstances the security deposit being submitted by the firm is liable to be forfeited and the firm will be declared black listed by this Press. 7.
