Auction Detail: Scope of work: Annual Contract for sale/Disposal of 31 MT (Approx.) Waste Paper for the year 2025-26. Eligibility Criteria: The bidder will upload an EMD of Rs. 25, 000/- (Twenty Five Thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft (validity of three months) in favour of “Pay & Accounts Officer (Ptg.), Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, New Delhi payable at New Delhi. The original D.D. of the same must submit to this office one day before the last date of Bid. No interest will be paid for the same. The EMD of successful bidder will be released after submission of Security Deposit. The Security Deposit amount will be @ 5% of total quoted amount (for 31 MT) in the form of DD/FDR/Bank Guarantee (valid for contract period) of any Nationalized Bank / Scheduled Commercial Bank in favour of “Pay & Accounts Officer (Ptg.), Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, New Delhi payable at New Delhi. It will be refunded after completion of the contract period. The EMD of unsuccessful bidder will be released within 15 days of finalization of the Auction. The EMD will be forfeited if the bidder withdraws or amends, impairs or derogates from auction in any respect within the period of validity of auction. The following documents are to be uploaded by the bidder: Scanned copy of EMD (As per available option in GeM). Copy of GST Registration. Aadhar/Address proof in the name of the Proprietor/owner/firm/company. It should make sure by the bidder that the uploaded documents are legible. In case of not legible, the bid will be rejected. Terms and Conditions: The bidder should quote the price excluding of GST. The GST on the quoted price will be paid by the bidder as applicable rate under Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) and the copy of deposit slip will be submitted to this office. Quantity is tentative and can vary significantly. The quantity in actual may turn out to be more or less than the estimated quantity.
