BOQ Item Description: Annual comprehensive maintenance of water cooler ( Make- Voltas Model- No. VOLTAS WC FS 40/80NP ) installed at terminal building, inclusive of all spares, materials involving repair and maintenance as per manufacturer schedule, servicing including routine preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance including repair/replacement of compressor, electronic circuit board, mechanical, equipment, safety controls and instrumentations, gas charging etc. ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system, maintenance of recordes/documentation etc. as per tender conditions covered under this contract, providing all necessary consumables complete as required.
