Item Description: Entire hydraulic system including hydraulic pumps to be overhauled. Scope includes dismantling and overhauling/repairs of associated sub-assemblies viz. brake assembly, cable holder, warping drum, hydro motor operating head and engaging-disengaging gears. Rollers of anchor side to be dismantled and inspected bearing bush for wear and tear, lubricated and fitted back. Undertake inspection for any sign of wear & tear or damage and repairs to be under taken accordingly. Firm to assisst PAC firm for renewal of ferrodo lining of 02 brake assembly as per sample. Pump model PH-SNF 120-46.All grease nipples to be renewed. Both windlasses are to be proved for pull load testing of 08 ton. Firm to provide load test certificate from the authorized agency in assossiation with PAC firm.Embossed talley of “ENGAGE”, DISENGAGE” on levers and “CLOSE”, “OPEN “ on hand wheels to be fitted. All talleys 02 nos each. Spares - CG Supply.
