Bids are invited online through GeM Portal for E-auction of Condemned items from the authorized and eligible bidders on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS”. The bids will be received online through GeM (Forward Auction) (https://forwardauction.gem.gov.in/eprocure/home) only and shall be opened as per SOP of GeM. 3. Desirous bidder may download the tender document from GeM Portal. 4. Eligibility criteria:- a) Copy of PAN number, GST No. & Aaddhar/Address Proof in the name of the proprietor/owner/firm/Company is required to be uploaded on the GeM Portal. The document to be uploaded should be legible. In case the uploaded documents are not readable, the bid cannot be examined and the bid shall be rejected. b) Bidders will not be permitted to participate without submitting EMD of Rs. 20, 000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only in form of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). Demand Draft only drawn at SBI in favour of IG, TC&S BSF Hazaribag (SBI, Meru Code No. 2922) and the copy of DD to be uploaded at GeM Portal and original copy of DD to be deposited at TC&S BSF Hazaribag (Jharkhand).
