Item Title: Amc of Computers & Printers
Item Description: Annual Maintenance Contract of Computers, UPS and Printers are required to be formulated including replacement of defective hardware parts costing not more than Rs 1500/- Provision, installation & updation of Antivirus software etc for the period of One year i.e. 2021-2022 :- (a) Maintenance service and repairs to Desk Top Computer system, (including monitor, Key Board and Mouse) & its part (Computers of M/s Dell - 05 Sets, M/s Acer - 18 Sets) including installation of latest Antivirus Software and installation & updating of operating system & any softwares and all type of drivers, formatting of computers, retrieving data and providing stand by system etc during period of unserviceability of one or more systems (Total-23 Systems). Vendor has to provide the genuine spare parts from OEM in case of unserviceability and has to repair/replace any computer hardware as & when required. Also this AMC includes one time updating components, upgradation of all the computers (ie. Upgrading RAM, hardisk & OS) as on requirement basis. Any replacement of defective hardware parts costing not more than Rs. 1500/- is also included in the quoted rates. Vender has to clean up all the computers & printers included in the AMC, on fortnightly basis, with suitable cleaning agents/chemicals/blowers.
