E. Railway.
Alumino Thermit Welding of Rail joints in LWR/SWR of 90 R/52KG/60Kg/60E1(R260/90 UTS, 72 UTS), SH/New Rails with modified SKV process of Alumino Thermit Welding on Cess/In Situ to IRS Speecification (With Latest Amendments), pairing of Rails & Cleaning of Welds by mechanical means complete job (Portion and Mould will be supplied by Railway free of cost including LPG Gas, all T&P, prefabricated moulds/single shot crucible, skilled & unskilled labours, technical supervisors, finishing grinding etc. to required standard of railway, painting of rails on either sides of welds for a length of 10 cms. with anticorrosive black paints as complete job as per special coniion of contract. This includes all incidental charges like opening of fish plate, making proper gap by cutting of rail ends whatever required & provide wooden blocks below welded joints, (cutting of rail ends will be paid separately under item no. 2), trimming will be done by the contractor's own welds weld trimming M/C only & finishing of joints will be done by using contractor's own grinding machine.
