BOQ Item Description: DIMENSION Overall size shall be 1270mm high 765mm wide and 440mm deep. DESCRIPTION The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length and shall be up to full width of 440mm of almirah. Top sides back bottom and front of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided and shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet.Front shutters shall have two leaves.All joints and welding fixing shall be done according standard workmanship
HANDLE A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to the shutter.
LOCKING DEVICE The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate .Make of Lock-Harrison Godrej.
FINISH All steel surfaces exposed to view shall be painted powder coated pre-treated with epoxy polyster powder coating grey or dual colour or as approved by CWE GE 70micron by 7 tank process and oven dried extrnally with the following specification
a Dry Film Thickness more than 45 Micro.
b Salt Spry Test to with stand more than 1000 hours.
c Adhesion as per DIN 53152 standard.
d Pencil Scratch hardness more than 2H
