BOQ Item Description: Overall size shall be 1985mm high 920mm wide and 485mm deep The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel bases made in U shaped with ends covered Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of the length of 920mm and shall be up to full width of 485mm and shall be 100mm high Top sides bottom and back of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet Four shelves equally spaced of 1mm thick mild steel sheet shall be provided to make five compartments Front shutter shall two leaves of equal size One chromium plated steel handle with a locking device shall be provided as shown on drawing The locking device shall be three way locking device Front shutter leaves shall have three butt hinges of 75mm fixed to each shutter and shall be side hung PVC sheet of size equal to size of leg base shall also be fixed under the legs of almirah irrespective of what is shown on drg All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of granular silver grey enamel paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces Powder coated Painting shall be done with spray machine
