BOQ Item Description: Almirah Large (Steel) 1/2 Hanging 1/2 Shelving. All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall 920mm long, 485mm wide and 1985mm high. The base shall be 100mm high. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channels shape with ends covered and welded to bottom of almirah. Mild steel sheet for channel shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 920mm length. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Two shelves shall be provided at 350mm and 700mm from bottom of almirah. Ahan ging rod 60mm from top shall be provided which shall be of 20mm dia steel chromium plated conduit pipe of wall thickness 1.25mm. Two sockets shall be provided at the end of hanging rod. Front shutters shall have two leaves. A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall provided to shutters. A three way locking device shall be provided to front shutters. Each leaf of front shutter shall be hinged with three nubers butt hinges 75mm long and shutters shall be side hung. All joints and welding, fixing shall be done with standard workmanship. All hung. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces. Painting shall be done with spray machine.
