Supply, installation andcommissioning of track basedrail lubricator (Electronic type)with dual applicator/wiper barcomplete system as per RDSO'stechnical speciï¬cation No. IRS-T-48 along with advancedcorrection slip No.1 with carrydown eï¬€ect of 1 Km. & Supplyof solar panel and itsaccessories including batteryand mast for successfuloperation of lubricator . Theï¬rm has to inspect eachlocation regularly for operationand maintenance not less than15 days for each curve. Powersupply : Application systemshould be designed toaccommodate both directelectrical connection to an ACpower source and to operateindependently using a solarpanel and battery as per para7.2 of RDSO technicalspeciï¬cation for track basedlubricator. The rate includes alltools, plants, parts, labour, taxes, transportation, royalty etccomplete job. The rate alsoincludes the cost of parts and AMC for 5 years. The machineand the solar panel assemblywill be the property ofcontractor which will be takenback by contractor aftersuccessful completion of job(i.e. after 5 years.) The ratealso includes the testing ofgrease for its suitability as perRDSO speciï¬cation (i.e. testingthe grease for its coeï¬ƒcient oï¬€riction which should be lessthan 0.25) shall be done by tenderer at a frequency of 1month or more.
