Air heating element of finned heater 300 mm (max) long made out of 11 mm dia ss321 tube with m s nipple 5/8 inch X 25 mm, shall be provided in front of the blower of hot case in LHB hot buffet car and secured i n such a way to allow maximum air flow through the heater. Heating element shall be of 500 Watts suitable for 24 0V, 1 phase, 50 Hz AC power supply, generally confirming to the requirement of IS: 302 (latest edition) & EDTS- 118 Rev E. Material make is escort or theeta or eichen or girish or Beeta or Daspass. Material shall be procure fr om these said OEM or his authorized deeler with tender specific authorization only.
