BOQ Item Description: All inclusive annual comprehensive maintenance contract of 40/80 Ltr Water
cooler with 400 GPD capacity Reverse Osmosis and UV type water purifiers of
make Eureka Forbes by carrying out Preventive maintenance Inspections, attending
to complaints / breakdowns, maintaining records by providing all spares, tools and
providing sufficient minimum manpower (refer special conditon clause 12 for
deployment of manpower) to ensure the serviceability of the unit around the clock
and all days including sundays and holidays as per the special conditions of contarct
and particular specifications attached.
