BOQ Item Description: All inclusive annual comprehensive maintenance of Cassette type (Hi-wall
mounted) airconditioners of all makes of following capacity at different
locations by carrying out Preventive maintenance Inspections, attending to
complaints / breakdowns maintaining records by providing all spares, tools
and providing sufficient minimum manpower (refer special conditon clause 12
for deployment of manpower) to ensure the serviceability of the unit around
the clock and all days including sundays and holidays as per the special
conditions of contarct and particular specifications attached.
