Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract for 2 Nos. Lift (Lift No. 1 & 2) having capacity 13 person, 884 KG, Ground + 04 floor of CPM building after completion of current guarantee period, at Asarva for the period of 3 years, which includes routine, preventive and break down maintenance schedule for a period of 36 months including repair/replacement of worn out item with minimum downtime and guarantee of repaired /replaced items. Monthly preventive maintenance, attending breakdown with necessary spares and consumables. This also includes emergency service etc. to keep the lift in perfect working condition throughout the contract period. (2 Nos. Lift X 3 Years=6 Nos.)
