BOQ Item Description: Acoustical Panneling with MDF Slats made of Melamine laminated finish groove perforated slats L16 3 L23 3 L32 3 Customized 3mm grooves Slats 16mm centres back lined with black acoustical fleece tongue groove edge for a seamless look of size 192 and 128 x 2440 x 15mm thick having base density 700 Kg 800 Kg m3 weight 12 Kgs m2 installed by using pinewood E1 grade fiberboard frame having thickness 30mm length 3600mm knurled web 40mm depth 10mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened vertically and horizontally at every 600mm centres Aluminium core cross channel CC18 having thickness 5mm length 2400 mm web 15 mm and 27mm depth 18 mm and flanges of 7mm with suitable edge and centre brackets is then fixed perpendicular to the CC25 with the help of fasteners at every 400mm centres.
