Supply & testing of AC Drive specification; 1.AC Drive required to drive Squirrel Cage IM:37KW/50HP, 3ph, 415VAC, 50Hz, 4Pole/6Pole, S4 Duty for Crane Hoist/ LT, application. 2.AC Drive mains supply:3Ph, 380-400VAC 50Hz. 3.AC Drive O/P rating, High overload capacity:37KW 4.Drive O/P rating, Normal OL capacity:45KW 5.Panel mounting type, Protection:IP-20 6.Drive to work without encoder feedback system with suitable current feedback system for speed control with required Braking chopper, RFI & EMC filter. 7.Drive with inbuilt protection system: Drive overload, excessive load, ground fault, heatsink over temp., motor over load, over speed limit, over voltage, under voltage, short circuit etc. 8.AC Drive to work from digital inputs in, UP/DOWN or FORWARD/REVERSE direction & in JOG, START, STOP, SPEED-1, SPEED-2 & SPEED-3 modes. 9.Drive with standard minimum; 6 Digital I/Ps, 2 Digital O/Ps, 2 Analog I/Ps, 1 Analog O/P & 2 Relay O/Ps. 10.Drive shall have HMI with Touchpad Key mounted to display various operating parameters in English.
