The vehicle shall be offered for disposal through GeM e-Auction in accordance with the applicable rules and procedures. The prospective bidders may inspect the vehicle at the Institute premises during the inspection period specified in the GeM e-Auction terms and conditions. The vehicle shall be sold on an “as is where is” and “as is what is” basis, subject to the terms and conditions of the GeM e-Auction.
