(iv) The vehicle would be delivered only after offloading its chasis no. and number plate and its registration will also be cancelled before the delivery of vehicle. (V) If any bidder won the bid and unable to pick up the vehicle in the prescribe time limit, then the necessary legal action as per extent rule will be initiated against the sucessful bidder and the jurisdiction of the same is at Jaipur only.
