A) At GHY- (a) Maintenance of 2 Nos of Barges at Uzanbazar Ghat in connection with water supply to GHY - NGC area, maintenance of water supply system of GHY (Uzanbazar Chemical house complex, Hill Top Filter house, GHY Station and Colony) including other ancillary works for 2 years. (b) Maintenance of Lamella Water Treatment Plant at Uzanbazar. (B) At NGC: Maintenance of Water supply system, including maintenance of valve operations for entire NGC area including service Buildings and staff Qtrs, under the jurisdiction of SSE/W/NGC for a period of 02 (two) years.
Maintenance of barges throughout the year. There are 2(two) numbers of floating barges near bank of Brahmaputra river at Uzan Bazar Ghat. Barges are meant for stationing pumps and other accessories, tools and plants. of Engineering & Electrical deptt for day to day maintenance work of barges. On river side, pumps are connected with suction pipe and on bank side delivery pipes upto pre-settlement tanks.
