Item Description: Harpoon grid to be removed and lifted from the site and carry out following:- (a) Check all holding down bolts and socket threads. Repair/ renew if any one damaged/ broken.( total 102 allen bolts) size- M16x 70 length socket head cap screw)type - SS, AISI- 316 (b) Grid to be thoroughly cleaned and wire brushed. (c) Refit the grid on completion of routines and renew broken bolts. (d) Carry out choke fasting on completion and load test in presence of IRS. (e) Harpoon grid to be load tested SWL -5 T, test load 6.5 T and certificate to be rendered. Mat- Firm supply DO. Material & Paint - Firm supply. All in way jobs included.
