Item Description: 14. The final structural drawings duly vetted by authorities as mentioned in the BOQ shall be submitted to the E2 Design Section by the bidder-s design team and the bidder-s team should come prepared to make any corrections/ amendments to the same if required in consultation with E2 Design Section 15. The bidder-s design team shall have to visit the HQ CE (AF) WAC Palam at any time during the planning and execution of the work if required, on being intimated in writing by E2 Design Section of HQ CE (AF) WAC Palam. 16. Nothing extra shall be payable for the above visits of bidder-s design team to HQ CE (AF) WAC Palam. Note: (Plan & arch drg are enclosed for reference).
