Item Description: Supplying, testing and commissioning of 52 HP diesel engine driven main pump consisting of following compete in all respects as required : (Diesel Driven Pump) Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal pump of cast of iron body and bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal conforming to IS 1520 with minimum differential head of 250m to 300m at 1500 rpm & 50 Hz. Make - Kirloskar/Crompton /KSB/Eicher. 52 BHP, 1500 RPM water cooled with radiator, diesel engine conforming to relevant IS standard complete with auto starting mechanism, 12/24 volts electric starting equipment, diesel tank with not less than 100 ltrs capacity, exhaust pipe extended upto 2 m outside pump house duly insulated with 50mm thick glass wool with 1.0 mm thick aluminium sheet cladding, residential silencer, instruments and protection as per standard specification, stop solenoid for auto stop in the event of fault with audio indications, painted with green colour etc as required. The engine and pump should be coupled on common MS fabricated common base plate through flexible coupling, having matching RPM, coupling guard, foundation bolts etc as required. Supplier will produce original certificate of the pumping set at the time of supply. (Delivery at Battal)
