Supply of 500 Ah 24 V Vrla Battery Comprising of 12 Nos. of 2 V Modules Alo Ng with Inter-Cell Connectors Generally Conforming to Rdso Spec.No. Rdso/Pe/Spe C/Ac/0009-2014 (Rev.2). the Battery Shall be Suitable for 1600 Hp Engine Starting Meetin G the Following Duty Cycle: Engine Cranking Profile for 1600 Hp Demu Engine: Maxim Um Cranking Current- 800A Battery Voltage Shall not Fall below 20 Vo1ts. Cranking C Ycle Consists of Following Sequence 1St Start: 15 Seconds 'On' and 10 Seconds 'Off' 2Nd Start: 15 Seconds 'On' and 10 Seconds 'Off' 3Rd Start: 15 Seconds 'On' and 10 Secon Ds 'Off' 3 Cranking Cycles can be Performed with Time Interval of 2 Minutes between the Cycles. Next Set of Cranking Cycle can be Followed after Time Interval of 10 Min Utes. the Battery Shall be Supplied Along with Frame Arrangement Suitable for Acc Ommodating 500 Ah 24 V Vrla Battery. the Overall Arrangement of the Frame Shall B E as Per Drg. No.Icf /Sk3- -7-2-050. However, any Modification Required on this Arrange Ment to Accommodate 500 Ah Vrla Battery can Also be Carried out in Consultation a Nd Approval of Icf. Note: A. the Oga Drawings and Bom Shall be Got Approved before Commencement of Prototype Unit. B. One Prototype Sample Shall be Submitted for a Pproval, before Commencement of Bulk Supply. [ Warranty Period: 36 Months after the Date of Delivery ]
