Item Title: 4.Outsourcing for M & O
Item Description: Outsourcing for Manning and Operation of central chilled water (indirect) air conditioning system water cooled type chilled package unit of capacity 2x60 TR (working) and 1x60 TR (standby) with scoll compression using R407 Refrigeration and shell and tube condenser with microprocessor plant manager by providing 1 refrigeration mechanic for each shift of 8 hours and 2 shifts per day including Holiday and Sunday. Total two units are installed both are under running condition at a time depending on air conditioning load. Contractor should be responsible for maintaining comfort condition for auditorium summer : DB 23 to 26 C and Rh 50 to 60% winter : DB 23 to 24 C RH not less than 40%. Contractor should be responsible for maintaining all installed equipments / components in working. The central air conditioning plant comprising of following components:- (a) Microprocessor controlled chillers - 02 Nos (b) Chilled water pumps - 03 Nos (c) Condenser water pumps - 03 Nos (d) AHU vertical type 7100 CFM - 02 Nos (e) Cooling tower - 01 No (f) Supply and return air ducting (g) LT electrical panel - 02 Nos (h) Chilled water line and other accessories inclusive butterfly valve, pressure Gauge and thermometer complete all as specified and directed.
