Item Title: 4Consultancy Work
Item Description: 10 Third party vetting/ proof checking. The supplier shall be responsible for third party vetting/ proof checking from IITs/NITs/ other Govt Institute duly signed by authorised signatory (structural designer only) on behalf of the institute and not from a professor/ individual of the institute in his personal capacity. The third party vetting the designs, drawings shall also be liable for ensuring that the designs & drawings are in compliance as per the laid down standards, regulations, adherence to NBC norms and sound engineering practices. The bidder is responsible for obtaining clarification from the vetting agency till the completion of project. 11. A certificate that all details have been thoroughly checked and are in compliance to standards, codes, regulations in respect of safety, soundness and economy shall be obtained from the vetting agencies. 12. The bidder on being issued the Job Order shall send his design team to HQ CE (AF) WAC Palam to liaise with the E2 Design and E6 Section to discuss and finalize the design parameters and obtain clarifications on any architectural and design issues. The date of visit of the bidder-s design team shall be decided in consultation with the E2 Design Section of HQ CE (AF) WAC Palam. 13. On preparation of the design folder and preliminary structural drawings, the bidder shall send his design team to make a detailed power point presentation of the structural design and drawings to the E2 Design and E6 Section of HQ CE (AF) WAC Palam. The date of presentation by the bidder-s design team shall be decided in consultation with the E2 Design Section.
