BOQ Item Description: 3inch Slip on raised face flange(Buttweld) with suitable bolts, nuts, 2 washers and gasket.Flange should be as per JIS B2220-10K, 80 Nominal diameter.Flange material should be ASTM B 381 Grade F2.Bolts shall be as per ASME B18.2.1 and bolt material as per ASTM A 193 grade B7 .Nuts shall be as per ASME B18.2.2 and nut material as per ASTM A 194 grade 2H .Washers shall be fibreglass flat washer as per ASME B18.22M. Gasket material shall be compressed non asbestos fibre as per ASME B 16.21
