Item Description: 4. PHase-III. Working dwgs as per detailed list given in draft quotation to be completed wihin 30 days of approval of phase.I 5. Complete set of architectural working drawings good for lump sum tender shall be submitted in the form of hard copy (1 Set) and soft copy at the time of obtaining completion of the job, . 6. All drawings shall be prepared on A2 size sheets unless found necessary to use large sheet sizes. 7. Detail drawings of an features shall be prepared at min 1.50 scale and all other dwgs shall be prepared at min 1.100 scale except site plans which shall be prepared at scalse appropriate to fit in A3 size paper 8. Any amendments/correction shall be carried out as per the requirement of this office before issue of tender. 9. Work shall be completed in 8 week. 10. The consultant should be in the list approved panel of architect of Gurgaon administration & should have sound knowledge of building bye laws HUDA administration.
